MY first 6 weeks!

I am sleeping most all day still. Mom says I am a good eater and that I am spoiled just a little. I do like to be held but what baby doesnt? My big brothers like to hold me and entertain me when I get upset. I love that daddy is the only one who can burp me, it seems to make my mom kinda mad.  I sure am thankful for all the kind gifts I have gotten from everyone. I really like meeting all of my family and my parents friends:)

The many faces of the Spence Boys...

So I will start w/ Jacob Tanner. This kid is a ham and a half. He has a personality as big as Texas and an attitude! (and a load of stubbornness to go with it.) For some reason he thinks that smile means "show all your teeth at once". He is known for being super silly and getting away w/ murder because he can "cute" (aka flirt) his way out of being in trouble.

I found these next two on my phone.. I did not take them... However the boys have found the camera feature on the phone and have been taking hundreds.. yes hundreds of pics. We went to Cavenders the other day and I found a ton of pics and videos of clothes and my and Brian's butts. He thought it was soooooo funny to take those pics.

 Now for Nathan. Lately I can bust out the camera and he starts to either growl at me or run away. We had family pics done last week and God bless Julie for trying.. But I am betting she didn't get one family pic w/ him smiling! He is such a stinker, but extremely smart. He is getting to the phase where mom is now annoying him with pictures.

 The following pics I found on my camera. Nathan apparently found the front camera button and could see himself while taking pics.... he is soooo his father.

Obviously this face amuses him.. his dad makes the same face and I hate it!

 Now on to little Trenton. He is normally sleeping 22 hours of the day...STILL. I am not griping about it! But we have caught a few cute faces on camera! He started smiling and one of our sweet babysitters, Jacobs teacher, Ms.Mattison caught it on camera!

Big Brother Love

 So apparently being a big brother is easy and fun. Jacob took right to Trenton from the start. He asks daily to hold Trenton. He checks on him while he is sleeping and my ultimate fav... he holds Trents hand in the car while we are driving. He will even attempt to get him to stop crying. He is awfully sweet for being such a tough big brother!

 Nathan on the other hand is not so "hands on". I have 2 pics (both of which are terrible) of Nathan holding T. He isn't really into the camera these days. However... if T so much as moves, he will come and tell me. When I hear T fussing I usually find Nathan next to him telling him "It's ok Trenton, Mama is here. Mama is coming" Just melts my heart!!

Bargains and treasure hunts!

 So anyone who knows me, knows that I am a bargain shopper.  I was at hobby lobby last week getting some stuff for a project for Trentons room and I heard two ladies in a commotion behind me. I heard "metal detector and markdown" and I turned right around and there was one behind me marked down from 179.99 to 17.99! What what! I grabbed it so fast. I knew we could have a blast with one of these things! Apparently only two of the four were marked down to 17.99 the others were 49.99. The one lady was so mad that I grabbed the cheap one that she followed me around the store the rest of my trip there and was "watching" me to see if I would put it down! The nerve! I finally left w/ my treasure find and the next day we had a treasure hunt in the back yard! We found all sorts of goodies! (Once again pardon the outfits my kids are wearing.. they pick out what they want to wear and Daddy says "dont ever tell them no if they want to wear their boots")
