Well this morning Brian let me sleep in after the "Midnight hour double scream fest" last night. Nathan woke up w/ a nightmare or so we think and screamed non stop for 30 + mins. He woke up Jacob who had a tummy ache and they both wanted mom to hold them and them only. How fun. So after sleeping in this morning, dad came in w/ the boys to wake me up (which i was already up) They all crawl into the bed and Nathan says "Mom Im hungry" "Mom I want waffels" I teased and tickled them all and he asked again. "Mom I want waffles" So I say "Whats the magic word?" His reply "Miska, mouska, Mickey mouse" (Mickeys magic word to make the mickey mouse clubhouse appear) Brian and I just started laughing SOOOOOOOOOO hard. He is a smart kid! Too funny!

Jacob Tanner turns one!!

We celebrated Jacobs first birthday on Sunday. We had a busy weekend w/ the birthday and family reunion on Saturday. With all the fam in town we had 34 people over.. it was crazy! Jacob loves cake.. and had a great time! YES I MADE THE CAKE!! It turned out cute.. my first time icing it like that.. so glad it was easy!

Baby Jesus

So I got the boys a little people nativity scene. Nathan has taken a liking to baby Jesus. So much so that he wanted baby Jesus to sleep w/ him. At 3 am baby Jesus fell out of bed and I had to go retreve him.
Anyhow the next night or so.. we started our nightly prayers (which i didn't realize he now knows completely and can say by himself) at the end we say "God bless Mom, Dad, Nathan Jacob and everyone we love" (occasionly when someone is here visiting they get added) Well Steve and Alicia had been here.. so i say "And God bless...?" He replys "MOM..... Daddy... Nafan...jtub... baby Jesus... uncle steve... aunt lisha... jack... barb...granny... gigi"  I just started laughing. I loved how he slipped baby Jesus in there.

Anyhow we went to the park yesterday and it was a bit chilly so we bundled them up....

Tickle time fun w/ mom....

I absolutely love to tickle my little boys to death! Nathan just gets rolling and Jacob's little eyes roll back into his head. Their little smiles and giggles drive me to do it. Well apparently Nathan gets a bit jealous when i tickle his brother so he has been joining in by jumping on me and jacob in all our fun and laughter.
